What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 1 piece for most 3D printing services. We specialize in low volume manufacturing and rapid prototyping, supporting orders from single prototypes to batch production runs of 100+ pieces.

For CNC machining, the MOQ is also 1 piece. Volume pricing discounts are available for larger orders.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept the following file formats for 3D printing:

  • STL (most common)
  • STEP (.step, .stp)
  • IGES (.iges, .igs)
  • 3MF
  • OBJ

For CNC machining, STEP and IGES files are preferred. PDF drawings with dimensions are also acceptable.

How fast can I get my parts?

Standard lead times depend on the service and quantity:

  • SLA 3D Printing: 48-72 hours
  • SLS / MJF Nylon: 3-5 business days
  • FDM Printing: 48-72 hours
  • Metal 3D Printing: 5-10 business days
  • CNC Machining: 3-7 business days

Express service is available for urgent projects. Contact us for specific deadlines.

Do you offer design for manufacturing (DFM) services?

Yes, we provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback at no additional cost. Our engineers will review your design and suggest modifications to:

  • Improve printability and reduce production issues
  • Optimize wall thickness and support structures
  • Reduce material usage and cost
  • Enhance part strength and durability

We include DFM feedback in our standard quotation process.

Materials & Specifications

What materials are available for 3D printing?

We offer a wide range of 3D printing materials:

  • Flexible resin (TPU-like)
  • High temp resin (for functional testing)
  • Castable resin (for jewelry casting)
  • Dental resin (biocompatible)

Nylon (SLS/MJF):

  • PA12 (standard nylon)
  • PA11 (more flexible)
  • Glass-filled nylon

FDM Materials:

  • PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PC, PEEK
What metals can you CNC machine or 3D print?

For CNC machining, we work with over 50 metals and plastics:

  • Aluminum: 6061, 7075
  • Stainless Steel: 303, 304, 316, 316L
  • Steel: 4140, tool steel
  • Titanium: Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V)
  • Brass, Copper, Bronze
  • Plastics: Delrin (POM), Nylon, PC, PEEK

For metal 3D printing, we offer stainless steel 316L, aluminum AlSi10Mg, titanium Grade 5, and cobalt chrome.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Tolerance capabilities depend on the manufacturing process:

  • SLA 3D Printing: ±0.05mm to ±0.1mm
  • SLS / MJF Nylon: ±0.1mm to ±0.3mm
  • FDM Printing: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm
  • Metal 3D Printing: ±0.1mm to ±0.3mm
  • CNC Machining: ±0.01mm to ±0.05mm (standard)

Tighter tolerances are possible with additional machining. Please specify tolerance requirements in your quote request.

Which 3D printing technology is best for my project?

Choosing the right 3D printing technology depends on your requirements:

  • Need high detail and smooth surface? → SLA/DLP resin printing
  • Need strong functional parts? → SLS/MJF nylon
  • Need large parts at low cost? → FDM printing
  • Need metal parts for aerospace/medical? → Metal 3D printing (SLM/DMLS)
  • Need highest precision? → CNC machining

Not sure? Our engineering team can recommend the best technology based on your design, material requirements, and budget.

Pricing & Shipping

How do you price your parts?

Our pricing is based on several factors:

  • Material - Some materials are more expensive than others
  • Volume - Larger quantities have lower per-unit costs
  • Complexity - Complex geometries may require more material or supports
  • Surface finishing - Post-processing adds to the cost
  • Lead time - Express orders may have a premium

We offer factory-direct pricing without middleman markup, ensuring competitive rates for custom parts manufacturing.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes! We provide free quotations within 2 hours during business hours. Simply upload your design files and describe your requirements through our contact form or email us directly at [email protected].

Each quote includes material options, lead time, and total cost breakdown.

What are your payment terms?

We accept various payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Western Union
  • Bank transfer (T/T)
  • Credit card (for small orders)

For first-time customers, we typically require payment before production. Regular customers may qualify for NET30 terms after establishing a relationship.

How do you ship your parts?

We ship worldwide via reliable carriers:

  • Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS (3-7 days)
  • Standard: Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post (10-20 days)
  • Sea freight: For large orders (20-40 days)
  • Door-to-door: Available for most destinations

All orders include tracking numbers. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for larger orders:

  • 10-50 pieces: 5-10% discount
  • 50-100 pieces: 10-15% discount
  • 100+ pieces: 15-25% discount (varies by process)

Contact us for a custom quote on your specific volume requirements.

Quality & Certification

Do you have quality certifications?

We maintain ISO 9001 quality management certification. All parts undergo 100% inspection before shipping, and we provide inspection reports upon request.

For medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries, please inform us during the quote stage so we can ensure appropriate documentation and process control.

Can you provide material certificates?

Yes, we can provide:

  • Material certificates (Mill Test Reports)
  • Certificates of Conformance (COC)
  • First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
  • Dimension inspection reports

Let us know your specific documentation requirements when requesting a quote.

  • 100% final inspection against specifications
  • High-resolution photos of complex parts before shipping
  • Protective packaging to prevent shipping damage

We stand behind our quality. If a part does not meet specifications due to our manufacturing error, we will remake it at no cost.

Is my design confidential?

Yes, we take IP protection seriously:

  • All customer files are stored securely and never shared
  • We can sign NDAs upon request
  • Files are deleted after order completion (upon request)
  • Production logs are kept confidential
