What is CNC Machining?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a manufacturing process where pre-programmed software controls the movement of tools and machinery. This enables the production of complex parts with high precision and consistency.

We offer CNC milling for prismatic and complex 3D geometries, and CNC turning for cylindrical parts. Our 5-axis machining centers can handle complex parts in a single setup, reducing lead time and improving accuracy.

CNC Capabilities

3-Axis Machining

Standard milling for prismatic parts. Cost-effective for simple to moderately complex geometries.

4-Axis Machining

Indexed 4th axis for undercuts and complex features. Reduced setup time compared to 3-axis.

5-Axis Machining

Continuous 5-axis for complex geometries, aerospace components, and single-setup production.

CNC Turning

Precision cylindrical parts, threaded components, and axles with excellent surface finishes.

Materials We Machine

Aluminum

6061, 7075, 5052, and more. Lightweight with excellent machinability.

Stainless Steel
